1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the online service MIFA Private Network, available via the website kryshamifa.org (including my.kryshamifa.org and pay.kryshamifa.org) and the Telegram bot @kryshamifabot (the “Service”), provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service, including starting the bot, registering, obtaining trial access, paying for services or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have read these Terms in full and accept them in their entirety.
1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User must stop using the Service.
2.1. The Service provides digital goods and intangible services, including but not limited to: information materials, training programs, consultations, digital products and service support.
2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:
2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service’s digital goods and services lies in their systematization, analysis, presentation, support, assistance and updates, rather than in the exclusivity of individual pieces of information.
2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity or unavailability of individual elements of the materials outside the Service.
2.5. The Service may provide free trial access for 3 days with a traffic limit of 10 GB. Trial access is provided once per account. The number of trials per day, including from one IP address, may be limited.
2.6. Access to the Service is provided for personal use by a single User. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
2.7. The number of devices on which the User may use the access is determined by the plan and is shown in the Service before payment. As of this edition: trial access and plans with a traffic limit — up to 2 devices; plans without a traffic limit — up to 6 devices.
2.8. A device is counted when the application on it first receives the subscription data; for this, the application transmits a technical device identifier. Applications that do not transmit such an identifier may not work on plans with a device limit.
2.9. The User can manage devices on their own in the Telegram bot (subscription card → “📱 Connected devices”):
2.10. Beyond these limits, as well as for Users without Telegram, devices are released through the support service (section 10). The Administration may refuse if frequent device changes indicate that access is being shared with third parties (clause 2.6).
2.11. The device limit applies to subscriptions purchased on or after October 18, 2026. Subscriptions purchased earlier keep their previous terms.

6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers or third parties.
7.1. Services and digital goods are paid for on the terms shown in the Service before payment.

7.6. The User agrees not to initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through payment systems without first contacting the Service’s support.
7.7. If access is restricted for violation of these Terms (section 6), funds for the paid period are not refunded.
7.8. Payment may be recurring — the same amount is charged automatically at the start of each next period until the User turns auto-renewal off (it can be turned off at any time in the Telegram bot or the personal account; access remains until the end of the paid period) — or one-time, for example via the Faster Payments System (SBP), with no automatic charges; renewal is then a new payment. The payment method and amount are shown before payment.
7.9. Cryptocurrency payments (via the OxaPay payment service) are one-time, with no auto-renewal, for the period shown before payment. This payment method is not intended for citizens or residents of the Russian Federation: by choosing it, the User confirms that they are not a citizen or resident of the Russian Federation. The amount is set in US dollars and paid in the chosen cryptocurrency; a transfer on a different network or to a different address may be lost. Refunds under this section are made manually, in cryptocurrency, minus the network fee.
